34 Peachtree Street has two 432 strand fiber runs to the Telx (56 Marietta) building, at any point in time we can connect clients to almost any bandwidth provider available in the Atlanta market. Other bandwidth solutions are available directly from us, with a blend of top providers such as Internap, Telia, and AT&T. Our Atlanta Data Center offers premier conditioned space, state-of-the-art access control and surveillance systems.

34 Peachtree Street is a telecommunications/data grade facility that meets the high quality standards of the telecom industry and provides systems that assure power availability, temperature control, fire suppression, and secured access.

Structure: 21 floors of poured in place concrete with steel reinforcement.

Fire Protection: Dry pipe pre-action system.

Security: 24/7 manned security station in building lobby. Exterior closed circuit TV on front entry and rear loading. Card key access to all exterior doors and elevators.

Risers:
34 Peachtree Street has two vertical diverse 4" conduits with 3-compartment Maxcell Sleeves in each conduit. Each vertical 4" conduit riser has pull boxes located on every other floor for lateral connections to all tenants in the building.

Primary Power: Building is engineered to provide all full floor tenants, including Meet Me Room & "The Vault" with 100 watts per SF of power at 480 volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire. Existing electrical services consist of (3) 2000 KVA, 480 volt transformers in the 480 volt GA Power Vault and (2) 500 KVA volt transformers in the 208 volt GA Power Vault. The 480 volt and 208 volt Vaults are fed from a "Network Distribution Grid" which is served by multiple and separate GA Power sub-stations providing superior redundancy and a very reliable source of power. The power distribution is Georgia Power's most reliable grid that also supports the hospitals in the downtown area.

Backup Power: Our suite is backed up by 2000KW Base Building Standby Generator.
